Catch me tomorrow at WW in Asbury Circle where I'll have materials supporting the Great American Smoke Out.
November 17 is the Great American Smoke Out—a nationally recognized day that encourages smokers to become smoke-free for a day, and perhaps, ultimately, smoke-free forever. We are also spreading the word that Emory will be going tobacco-free on January 1, 2012. If you are a current smoker, we’d like to encourage you to give up smoking for the day, and if you are a non-smoker, we’d like you to show your support for those who are trying to quit by giving up something for the day (ex. chocolate, coffee, shopping, Facebook).
Stop by WW tomorrow to say "hi," and grab some great info on smoking cessation! As always, there will be stressballs and other goodies, too :).
